This week, the European Tech Alliance (EUTA) and its members engaged with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and their advisers in Strasbourg to address Europe’s evolving digital policy landscape.
The discussions underscored a growing emphasis on the enforcement of EU rules, alongside exploring actionable proposals to ensure Europe remains competitive and future-ready.
Key topics included:
- Strengthening the EU Single Market: Strategies to complete its integration and maximise its potential.
- Streamlining Compliance: Ensuring that legislative frameworks fit together seamlessly, avoiding the complexities of a patchwork approach.
- Universal Rule Compliance: Reiterating that all actors operating within Europe, regardless of origin, must adhere to EU regulations.
EUTA reaffirms its commitment to advocating for smart, forward-looking policies that empower European tech to thrive; both within the Single Market and on the global stage.
About the European Tech Alliance
