EUTA meets Italian officials in Rome

The European Tech Alliance (EUTA) and five leading European technology companies gathered in Rome this week to engage with Italian policymakers on strategies to bolster Europe’s global competitiveness.

During eight high-impact meetings, the EUTA delegation met with key Italian officials, including Massimo Bitonci, Undersecretary of State to the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, as well as digital policy experts from the Department for Digital Transformation and members of the Italian Parliament.

These high-level discussions reaffirmed EUTA’s commitment to empowering European tech companies to lead on the global stage. The conversation focused on policies to fuel innovation, foster fair competition, accelerate digital growth, and emphasized the importance of enforcing recently adopted EU rules. Together, these initiatives aim to create a thriving European tech ecosystem poised for global influence and success.
